I love this bottle and have been using it for about a year but the lid is sometimes difficult to close. You need a trick - I learned that when the black top has water around the two white buttons it doesn't click close. The other two parts of the lid can be wet. When you disassemble the lid and wash them, I shake the top black lid very well until there is no water around the two white buttons. Then the lid will click close. Another advise is to make sure you pull up the inner loop until it makes a click sound at the top as well. Although the lid makes a click sound and the two white buttons pop out, sometimes the inside loop is not pulled up full and that gradually releases the pressure of the lid and makes the liquid inside to leak. If you get the lid part, it is easy to use. I highly recommend it.

My boys are 5 and 6 and totally got the hang of these water bottles within seconds. If you read the instructions on cleaning, they will work great. It took me a few tries to get it right, but not it's super easy. I take the cap apart once per week and clean them with Kangen 2.5 water...not soap. I clean the bottle portion with organic dish soap and hot water. These bottles have been dropped, tossed and goodness knows what else and they have withstood by little boys roughness thus far. They show them off to people so these are not only cool bottles but also kid tested.

These bottles are AMAZING, and the lids are perfect and easy to use. I LOVE that you can get the lid off with one hand, so it's perfect to have in the car. These keep my drinks nice and cold. Also, this was REALLY important to me, as I was looking for a large bottle that would fit in my car cup holder. Most of the standard hydroflask 32oz big bottles were just a TAD too wide, and wouldn't fit in my car cup holder, but this one is SLIGHTLY smaller and fits perfectly. It also fits in most golf cart cup holders, which the other brands of bottles I have do not. I have dropped it a few times, and though it made a dent, the bottle still holds up and works just fine. I'm happy with the color, the quality, and the size. GREAT bottles.
