Useless ss item
I tried to dice cheddar cheese. The slicer Broke the first time I used it

could be better
be good if u could move the wire for different thickness plus when slicing a big block of cheese u have to stop to clean the chdese crumbs from behind the wires and out the grooves in the handle better getting a wire with 2 handles either end or a sharp knife.
