Edit: today 7 September 2024 my hinges broked but because of dell service they replaced my hinges and laptop upper body 👅 , Hinges were hard and after replacement they're very smooth like Amul butter. Zero rupees replacement! Just call customer care and told everything! Within 2 days engineer visit and fixed it!, check my images and videos. Overall laptop is great 😸! Laptop is good. I am writing this review after 1 week of usage. After all card offers, I bought this laptop for 29k. Good for this budget. I am also using HP Pavilion, so giving some comparative analysis. Pros: 1. Budget - 29k. 2. I bought this for small tasks like document works, online class YouTube and studies purpose. It served the purpose excellently not much lag. Speed okayish (But I think if we add another RAM that might be nice). 3. Display Quality is Good. 4. Light weight laptop. 5. Microsoft Office 2021 for lifetime. Cons: 1. Very slow charging. Also, Battery lifetime is small, drains within 3 hours. 2. Heating issues, Technology have advanced a lot but still in 2025 laptop heating this much is unacceptable. Old laptops of HP like 2018-19 models does not heat this much. 3. Audio clarity is very very poor. I have used HP Pavilion, and its audio clarity is unbeatable. 4. Keyboard is black and also lack of backlight makes irritating (I had backlight in my other laptop). 5.Front cam quality is poor. So, the thing is Budget. If your budget is less also if your usage is limited go for it. In my view this laptop is ok for 29k. But still reducing one star for heating issue and poor battery.

Worst laptop... Image application is not responding and window is freezing no any key is working from 2 hours. If this such type of application is not handled this laptop then why we should buy this... This is my blunder mistake to buy this laptop (dell vostro). Now I am not able to use this laptop because it's freezing and hang. Such a very worst leptop. Please don't buy this laptop. Don't waste you money. Now what am I do with this leptop because my money is waste. This leptop totally knockout within 16 days. This is not able to run any application if you try any one application then you leptop will go to hang and freezing. Please don't waste you money. Very bad experience with dell leptops. Please give my money back I don't want to buy dell leptops.

Value for money product

Dell is a popular brand so the Pros and Cons stated by many others all are true. So I will specifically highlight only important stuff: 1. It has only 3 cell battery. So the battery backup (On Internet) is very low, only 1-2 hours. This a major drawback for everyone work, study or entertainment, they could have atleast given an option to user to pay more and get 4 cell battery. 2. Build strong but plastic, so if very rough use ex. Harsh Travel conditions, try for metal build if available. 3. It has TN panel display which is good and has good contrast but personally I prefer IPS, so would many professionals who do art or print work. Again, an option to user to pay more and get IPS display would have been appreciated. So use this as base and check if you can get Preferred/better Specifications as this is a long term investment. And needless to comment upon Hardware, Customer Support or Any Other Quality concern as one gets Good Quality and Support given Industry Standard.
