Review: Quality housing set! - I have tried another set prior to getting this one, which ran a bit small for my forks but it came with a headlight that I purchased - I did make it work but I wanted something that would look a lot more factory. Searched desertcart for a bit and came across this set which came in many different sizes and looked very simple. Fast forward a few month, it was installed and I have put about 1k miles on it so far. It looks great, easy to install, comes with rubber strips of 2 different sizes, there are a lot of them in the box so you could stack them if you had to thus if you are not sure about the size, just go 1 up. Its been holding my 7 inch headlight no problem, very nice powder coat finish on it as well. Do not think I will need one of those again but if I do, Ill be coming back for this one.
Review: Nice solid pieces, sleek design, built to last - Honestly a great bucket if you're in need of one. Laid my bike down and cracked my original. Wanted to get rid of the chrome anyways so worked out just fine. Its a metal (which my factory one was chrome coated plastic) and its sleeker depth wise. The mounting brackets are solid and easy to put together just get it snug, adjust and center everything then tighten down. My ONLY complaint is the 2 small screws to hold the up and down adjustment were barely long enough to get a thread on so had to get different ones from hardware store. Instructions aren't great but its fairly easy to figure out how things go together. Also for my bike, found out my forks taper so did have to use thicker garage door rubber seal strips but not a huge deal and cheap.

I have tried another set prior to getting this one, which ran a bit small for my forks but it came with a headlight that I purchased - I did make it work but I wanted something that would look a lot more factory.
