Invaluable Training Aid
This is perfect for helping to prefect your fine ball; control or for practice purposes. Can be used indoors as well as outdoors, although more suitable for outdoor use. The trainer comes with an adjustable cradle to hold a variety of football sizes using a set of velcro loops. The other end is an elastic waist strap, this attaches to the ball cradle to allow for easier training drills. The main elastic chord can be adjusted for either longer kick training or for close control practice such keep ups etc.Overall well made invaluable, versatile and flexible training aid allowing many different types of training exercise.
