When was the last time you bought three wedges for $130? I will wait while you quit giggling! My old wedge set were 10 year old and losing the grooves on the face so I bought these as an interim replacement until I could afford a full set. Let me say that decision has been pushed back several years as I love these new clubs. Don't let the rainbow look get in the way, these things feel good in your hand and at contact. I have only played a couple of rounds with them but can already tell that they have a place in my bag for the next several years.I like the way that the face texture grabs the ball and gives me the spin that my older wedges had lost. While these will not improve your chipping game (That takes practice) they will give you consistency and a solid option for those shorter shots onto the green.

At first glance I didn't like the weird rainbow colors but after hitting them a few times I started getting used to it. That would probably be the one thing I would change about these clubs, I'd prefer a monochrome color scheme of some kind. I hit these with some buddies at the range and really liked them. The grips are very comfortable and feel good in my hands. They have steel shafts, which I prefer. They are a little heavier than the wedges I've been using which gives them an overall solid feel. I am a high handicap golfer (18-20) and they seem pretty forgiving to me. I was able to get pretty consistent loft and distance out of them. I was even able to get some good backspin on some balls.

Playing currently. No difference from expensive wedges.
