Very straightforward and easy to use with instructions provided. I suffered from grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw during sleep which cause bad dental damage. Since wearing this product it has helped me a lot when sleeping, comfortable fit and practicle to use, very happy with this product.

I didn't get it to soften quite enough the first time and had to keep trying so I ended up with it ill-fitting but that is user error 😕 At least you get a couple of them so you can learn from first one. Once mastered, they are good

Not easy to mould but when done works well

Would give zero stars if possible. About as much use as a chocolate tea pot!Nothing like picture described, followed instructions closely ( have a science degree!) and still nothing like the tight fitting rigid guard pictured. Attempted one with varied temperature resulting in total melting but no change in thickness.Highly unlikely to stay in place while sleeping and frankly when you include a voucher for £80 to leave a 5 star review you know it’s not going to be good.Usually as a chronic grinder my guards are moulded at the dentists and these certainly do not fit or would ever fit the pictured product. if they do follow through and send the £80 if you want to take a punt probably the only decent thing about this purchase!!

I thought for a long time which of the dental guards I should choose. And ordering this brand was not mistaken. Everything is written in the instruction for use simply and clearly. It was not difficult for me to do everything right. The result exceeded expectations!Now I can keep my teeth intact and sleep peacefully. I recommend this product to anyone with teeth grinding problems while sleeping.

These are not comfortable, but did help stop my teeth rubbing against an extremely painful mouth ulcer; which is why I bought them.

easy to use

I purchased this because it comes with small and large size moulds (4 on total) . The moulding process was a bit tricky but we got there are after couple of attempts and its worked fine. The guard is for either top or bottom set of your teeth.
