Great mask especially for the price. It’s light weight and comfortable to wear. I light the multicolor light options and the charge lasts for several uses. I have had the mask (face and neck) for about 2 years when the red light stopped working. It’s was shining white or would change between red and white randomly. I sent a message to the company describing the issue and provided a video of the problem. I was really just wondering if there was a fix to it or something I was doing wrong. Within a few hours I got an email back asking for my address as they wanted to replace the mask. That was a big and pleasant surprise because I like the mask (face and neck) and was thrilled by their offer to replace the one I have. I would say between the reasonable price, the multiple color options and their excellent customer service I would highly recommend this mask!

Received the mask and use it frequently. Love the results. My skins does not look as wrinkles. Infact my husband even noticed improvement. But one day I noticed that some of the lights was not working. Contact their customer service and inform them of my defective mask. Talk about EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!, They told me not too worry. To my surprise, within a week, they sent me a new one. This is a legit company that cares about their customers and values their product. I am back to my facial routine. So Happy !!! Thank you for caring!

I feel that this mask is effective. I can feel stimulation under the surface of the skin while using it. My skin definitely appears brighter/clearer after use and especially the next morning. It can be difficult to fit comfortably to your face with the straps provided. Usually I end up with lines/marks from the eye cups which can take hours to go away. I think a molded mask would be easier to manage. No issues at all with the neck/chest piece which I think is a major bonus over a mask alone.

I like the design of this mask: it's soft, flexible, and lightweight. I like the removable eye inserts. The battery lasts long enough to do a handful of sessions before needing to be recharged. I don't think there's much proven benefit to a lot of the wavelengths they use, but it has red and that's important. Unfortunately, it's not a very long-lasting product. I first bought it 2.5 years ago, and within the 1-year warranty period a number of the lights stopped working. The company was great about replacing it quickly. However, two years later, the same thing has happened again. Curiously, both times it's been about half of the chest portion that has stopped working, so it seems like there's a design issue.

I love this mask! I bought it to help with rosacea and anti-aging. I believe it does help! It’s also relaxing to take time out of the day to use it. Also, their customer service is excellent! I contacted them needing assistance and they promptly responded and resolved my issue.

Two months in and it’s already broken?! The blue light section doesn’t work which I didn’t really mind but if I want the purple mode it’s a combination of red and blue light so it doesn’t work either! I should’ve listened to the reviews! Do not waste your money on this overpriced broken Xmas tree :( UPDATE: After leaving this review I was immediately contacted by customer service with a sincere apology about my experience as well as an offer to make it right. This was very unexpected. They sent me a brand new, modernized device as a replacement for no extra charge. They even followed up a few times to make sure I received the order and also how I was doing with the new mask. So I am changing my rating to a 5 star not only for the replacement but especially for the customer service which was going above and beyond and for that I’m very grateful. You don’t see that anymore and I am looking forward to investing in more products from this company and sharing their products with my friends because they truly do care about their customers. And my skin is looking amazing!!

I’ve tried a few LED light therapy masks over the years, and as a licensed (non practicing) facial specialist in the state of Florida, I tend to be pretty particular about what I use on my skin. The Nourished Bodyskin LED Face and Neck Mask has honestly impressed me, especially for the price. Compared to other devices in this category, I really feel like it offers solid value without sacrificing quality. One of the first things I look at with LED devices is whether they use the correct nanometer ranges to actually be effective, and this one does. That was important to me from a professional standpoint. I use it about one to three times per week depending on my schedule. During each session, I start with the red light at 630nm for anti aging and wrinkles and let it run for the full time on the built in timer. After that cycle finishes, I switch to the blue light at 415nm for acne and let that run as well. I love that the timer is already programmed because it takes the guesswork out of it and makes it easy to stay consistent. One of my favorite features is that it covers the neck in addition to the face. So many masks ignore the neck area, and that is such an important area when it comes to aging. Having that extended coverage makes this feel more complete and definitely adds to the overall value. It is also very easy to use. The straps keep it secure, it is comfortable to wear, and once it is on, I can just relax while it runs. Another thing I have noticed is that it holds a charge for a long time. I am not constantly needing to recharge it, which makes it much more convenient. Overall, I think this is a great option if you want a non invasive, at home LED device that offers the right wavelengths, good coverage, and a reasonable price compared to higher end brands. Consistency is key with light therapy, and this one has been easy for me to work into my routine.

I really like this mask. It is simple to use and well made. Unfortunately, the light features stopped working but the company responded very quickly and replaced it right away. They have excellent customer service!

The Nourished Bodynskin LED face and neck mask is comfortable and light to use. I purchased mine a month ago. I use the mask 5 to 6 nights a week for at least 15 minutes, primarily on the red function. My interest in purchasing was reduction of photo ageing and inflammation. I have had psoriasis and immediately found a reduction in inflammation and itching. I researched many brands of these masks before choosing and found the Nourished Bodynskin product to be spot on in terms of wavelengths and irradiance strength particularly for skin rejuvenation. I have not been disappointed. Over the period of the month since purchase I have noted an increased evening out of my general complexion and a glow or radiance making the skin look rested and healthy, no psoriasis flairs and reduction of previous "itchy spots". It's been easy, comfortable and very relaxing to use. When some of the lights stopped working I contacted the seller and they were so lovely and courteous, they offered to replace with a new unit immediately. The next day I had my replacement mask! Barely a pause of my routine. I definitely recommend this mask. It's good quality, has the specs and Nourished bodynskin are kind and fair if you need any help or have technical issues. Worth the 5 stars.

This is a great mask I get soo many compliments on my skin, a year in my mask broke but I simply emailed the company sent a video and they are sending out a new mask. Best service I have received ever.

I’ve been using this LED mask for about 9 months now, and it is a staple part of my daily skincare routine. I love that it has a whole range of colours, so you can customise your routine based on your skin concerns. Being 52, I mostly use the red light which targets anti aging for 15 minutes, followed by the green light, which is great for balancing and helps with pigmentation. My skin after my session feels so so soft, and I can definitely see a difference in both fine lines and my hyperpigmentation. The mask is really comfortable to wear, and easy to fit into your daily routine, just pop it on and either sit back and relax, or pop the battery controller in your pocket and go about your usual activities. It comes with 2 different sized straps, which should fit any head size, and a dust bag to keep the mask clean. I always store mine in the box, just to ensure that it stays clean and in good working order. I did have a slight issue with the mask after 9 months, so got in touch with their customer service team, who were amazing & responded super super quickly, and resolved the issue. Overall, I couldn’t be without my mask now, I absolutely love it, and I can’t rate the customer service highly enough too.
