For their part, they knew from my email order specifying what we wanted on the sign and our timelines and they got it into production the next day, then into the mail soon after that. Excellent customer service and our 'Grandad's Garden' sign was very well received at his 90th birthday party, he loved it! The sign itself was the perfect size (not too big, not too small), well lacquered to protect from weather, deeply engraved letters which was nice and the spikes were a good length to get firmly into the ground and sit securely without flopping over.
