Disappointed
The quality of this isn't as good as I expected. The design is nice but it's not easy to alter the size, the tool bent straight away. I've returned it due to my overall disappointment of it!

Fairly easy to remove a couple of links using the tool.I like the look of it and I think it is improving my health.The positive effects are Probably all in the mind but isn't everything.
