Whatare the two different cables that are on the fan? It appears to be an argb cable and a pmw cable, But I am confused on what to use.

Yeah, one is PWM and the other is ARGB. ARGB has 3 pins, but it looks like there'd be space for a 4th pin. It has 1, then space, then 2 more right next to each other. PWM has 3 next to each other.
