Cheap tat at best, no way is this ok for shadow boxing ....not unless you have the arms of T rex or the body of a toddler ! Better off getting cheaper resistance bands and cutting to length.

So ein Widerstandsband, darf in keinen Training fehlen. Wer sich gerne zuhause fit halten will, kommt da nicht dran vorbei. Einfach zum weiterempfehlen.👍👍
