We looked after our parents dog for a long weekend, she was terrible stealing anything she could and ignoring her toys. As soon as this arrive it was all she was interested in. It was immediately dented (as explained in the item description) but she has been chewing it ever since as she took it home. Sometimes she collects the tiny pieces that come off and tries to hand them over as a treat exchange. Was concerned about the sharpness after chewing but has never drawn blood no matter how long she spends chewing it. Was a bit disappointed as it was smaller than expected the dimension are for the packaging not the actual ring but suited her fine.

Amazing product, survives the rest of time against strong chewers. Had this around two years now and still no need to replace it. Highly recommend

Our dog is a 9 month old male collie. He has successfully destroyed every toy he has been given except a Nylabone. He was hoping for something similar, for Christmas so we got him the Chewring. So far its been chewed frequently, but us still intact. Buy one, your teething dog will love it! The only downside is its a bit noisy on a laminate floor, but a small price to pay for a pup`s enjoyment

This item arrived promptly. My Labrador, who is a tremendous chewer, loves it and proceeded to make her mark on it. She has succeeded to make toothmarks all over leaving the ring very rough. I am not sure if this should happen or not and I am concerned about her hurting her mouth on it. Therefore I am not in a position to give it full star rating.

The Nylabone products are absolutely first class. We have a big dog who would easily chew through less durable dog toys. This one is no exception. I can thoroughly recommend them to keep your dog entertained for hours.

This toy is NOT suitable for An extreme chewer. Our 10 month old lab was able to bite chunks off within an hour. Ironically although not fit for purpose you can’t return used toys!! Until your dog tries it you dont know it’s not substantial. Do not buy this product as a waste of money and not safe.

Good for aggressive chewers.

My dog is an aggressive chewer. This is the only item we have found that he can't destroy and uses regularly.

Most chew toys (including the ones designed for extreme chewers) last less than an hour with my Labrador. I’ve tried numerous options and this is the most durable chew toy I’ve ever found. He chewed it for about a year without destroying it, and I’ve just bought him a new one. Great investment compared to the hundreds of dollars I’ve wasted on other chew toys over the years!
