Halloween Balloons?
I really liked the happy birthday banner, cake topper and cupcake toppers, but the balloons were Halloween? I didn't realize it until we blew them up. I can't say I'm mad though, because I realize now that the picture clearly shows that the balloons are Halloween themed. Just be aware that they are not happy birthday or even genericballoons.
