I bought this item to use as a door chain, the ring end goes over the handle and the other end screwed to the wall with a washer to cover that end ring. The chain is long enough to allow me to reach the wall as there is a glass panel on that side of the door, and it's much stronger fixing than the plastic door frame. It works a treat and we feel a lot more secure now, also the thickness of the chain is awesome, a great product thank you.

Sturdy, wide enough links for my extra large puppy. Well finished and well made. I originally objected to the price hike since I bought him a smaller version of this make but there really is nothing I have found cheaper that comes close to this item in terms of quality. Worth every extra penny.

This is pretty decent when used correctly. Its nice and smooth so links don't catch potentially causing the risk of choking your dog, it seems pretty strong and durable too so should last a while. Just please don't leave this on your dog unattended be sure to use upmost caution at all times and hopefully your dog will correct his walking. I have a GSD who pulls out of excitement even when wearing no pull harnesses. Gave this ago in my garden and it worked. Just test the chain prior to sticking it on the dog I normally put it around my arm and pull. When you relax the chain should loosen itself straight away and if not you're doing it wrong.

A solidly made chainwith no sharp bits that can be caught. Smooth closing and opening, which tightens as the dog pulls and loosens when it walks beside you. Without snatching or jerking the dog soon learns to walk close to be comfortable.

Whilst not everyone's 'cup of tea', these collars are perfect when used properly. We do not 'strangle' our German Malinois, but this has improved his on-lead behaviour beyond all expectations. He walks with us now (11month old male) rather than trying to drag us everywhere. He has not suffered, the collar gives a far better control.

We rescued our staffie, she's reactive to other animals. This has saved her from being muzzled as one little tug and she stops now after only 1 week. She's strong and she can't get free with this unlike her harness and this so easy to put on and take off.

This collar was not fit for purpose. First outing with our small 8 month old puppy we pulled the lead back and it snapped, thank goodness we weren’t crossing a busy road. Not happy at all
