The bath tap element burst out when full and caused huge water damage. The amount of water that came through the floor cost us an electrician to come out as water had soaked plugs and light sockets. Should not be sellable. The bath is massive and takes alot of water to fill even 1/4 quality of all the parts that come with the bath are terrible.
