Don’t waste your money failed for second time the lid was replaced free of charge but less than 3 months down the line exactly the same problem won’t open has to be manually opened

Received promptly and well packaged, easy to assemble, looks really smart, it’s a replacement for another similar one that I had for several years, so had no hesitation in purchasing another one, this I think is better than last as it has a larger opening, fingers crossed it lasts as long. So far so good 😊

I know it's just a bin ... But it isn't lol ..Can get your rubbish bags out as it should be.Hands are full , but don't worry 😉 the lid opens, no problem 😊It's a great product & I show everyone 🤣 🤦‍♀️ but I love it .. it takes AA batteries so you know 😏LOVE IT .

Very nice bin I have one made by tower exactly the same this one is slightly thiner metal but looks good and was packed well..

This bin was the perfect colour to go in my kitchen and so I bought it because there were few other options at the time. When I unpackaged the the item I noticed that there was a fairly prominent dent in the rear of it, just below where the lid sits; any number of things might have caused this but I felt that the courier was most likely suspect. The sheet metal that the bin is made from isn’t particularly thick after all and it just doesn’t seem very durable. I managed to get the dent out using a towel and a rubber mallet in the end, but was also disappointed that the bin didn’t come with a plastic bucket insert to prevent leaking bin juice from seeping into the numerous joints, nooks and crannies in the inside bottom of the bin. I felt this was a real under sight. After putting the batteries into the lid of the bin I decided to test the sensor, but noticed that whenever I placed my hand in range of the sensor, the lid would instantly flip up and catch my fingers if I didn’t move my hand out of the way quickly enough; Quite annoying if you happen to be holding something grubby and you like to keep your bin lid looking clean. After reading a few of the reviews on here I also noticed that a lot of people having problems with the lids further down the line, and although everything is still in working for me at the moment, it probably explains why this is the only bin I’ve seen on here which sells replacement lids for half the cost of the bin. Overall, I feel that this product is pretty poor quality for the money, which has only been further hindered by some pretty poor design choices. Given the option again, I definitely would not have purchased this item.

This bin is much better than our last one.The lid is much wider, making it easier to fill.Also helps with how the bin bag fills up.The last one with the narrower lid, didn’t help when removing the bag and in turn made it easy to rip.Very pleased so far

I was on edge about purchasing this given that a lot of reviews say that theirs stopped working shortly after purchase, however am really glad I went for it in the end!This bin has been great, weird thing to say about a bin I know but it is exactly as described.I've had this for nearly a year now and its still going on the first set of batteries! Hasn't had any issues and makes putting messy things in the bin a lot easier!Its sold built and has put up with a toddler messing around with it since day 1.The only gripe I have which is one of personal preference and one that maybe could be factored into a later model......chargeable. As I mention above I havent had to replace the batteries but its always nice to have things that are built in rechargeable for convenience and cost of batteries.

The bin opens and closes without any touching thereby keeping it clean and very easy to use. It stands well in our kitchen.
