Good knife at bargain price
Good sharp knife. Bought for boning chicken thighs and it makes the job much quicker and easier.

great utility knife for the price
Having trained as an electrician I'm used to the quality of starrett tools, they make the best hole saws amongst other items so when I saw these knives I had to give them a go at this price.Though I'm yet to test the longevity of these they have been good so far and are perfect for keeping with my bbq kit as outdoor utility knives this one purchased for trimming removing skin and bones,

Broke
Loved this knife at first, but the blade snapped off, so it ended up in the bin.

Goes very blunt, very quick.
The first time I used this knife I wondered where it had been all my life. It was super sharp and made the chore of filleting chicken thighs a breeze. I thought I'd won the lottery for the price. But....After about 3 or 4 uses I noticed it wasn't cutting nearly as well as it was. It had blunted significantly. I have a knife sharpener (it's not expert level, but respectable). I was able to sharpen it to be good again, but nowhere near as sharp as it was when I first had it.Fast forward about 15 uses later.....I had to sharpen it before every use, otherwise it was useless.Fast forward another 5 uses.......It's now completely useless. So blunt. Sharpening can't recover it and it needs to go in the bin.In conclusion, it's a cheap knife. It's fantastic at first but gets bad relatively quickly. If you buy this, just know that you either need expert grade sharpening tools or expect to buy another within a few months. If you don't have at least a basic knife sharpener, expect it to last weeks rather than months, unless you're happy to struggle with a blunt knife.Note all the good reviews are not from anyone that's tested it's longevity, other than me.
