Perfect for teens
These work extremely well for my teenage daughter. I did not want her on heavy medications just starting puberty or going through puberty and these work extremely well to keep her calm and keep her from getting stressed out or anxious.

Works for adults too
I originally bought this for my teen daughter but since she didn't want to take in due to its size, and because I'm bad with returns, I decided to just take it myself. And wow, I felt so clear headed and calm during a super stressful work meeting. I noticed being able to slow down & observe my thoughts and relax. I usually feel super anxious after coffee and my meds, but I think I will just continue with this instead of my medication. Since it worked better

Too much
Both my daughter and I had an adverse side effect. It was too calming. Made me nauseous, lightheaded and very sad.

These work great, one a day and I feel more calm and relaxed
I’ve been taking them for a week now and I’m 17 I think they do help a little bit but I don’t recommend having caffeine while your on the pills because it makes the anxiety act up way worse but I’ve been sleeping so much better and I can think better without over doing it, it kinda helps me to slow down and relax more witch feels great! Good stress and anxiety relief medicine. I’ve been taking one in the morning everyday and so far it does work.

Works great for my daughter
Bought this for my stressed out and anxious teen (17 and junior in high school). When she remembers to take it consistently it works amazingly well and I’m so happy we don’t have to use pharmaceuticals. I highly recommend trying it, I want to try taking it myself also.

Actually worked and fast!!
I was shocked how fast this worked for my 10 year old daughter. She was crying almost every day before school saying she didn’t want to go..etc After almost the entire school year going through this I started looking for natural supplements and this one fit the bill the most on my top ingredient list. After less than a week I asked her about her anxiety and she said it really helped. I also notice a negative difference when she misses a dose. I’m a very relieved mama.
