It is so quick and easy to use. First Hoover and clean the floor then when it's dry add a coat of this liquid. I used a cloth, it is very liquid so a sponge mop would have been easier perhaps for a large area. It drys quickly in about 40 minutes then you can add a second coat. It is fully dry in 12 hours l think. The quarry tiles have a wet look shiny finish, which looks wonderful. No more dull tiles! I only did the downstairs loo but l intend to do our other quarry tiles. Time will tell how long the finish lasts and when l'll have to re apply the polish.

The product delivers what is expected and is easy to use so would buy it again if necessary. Good product.

I used this product after applying a cleaner and old product remover from the same manufacturer. Preparation is key and therefore ensuring that the floor is thoroughly cleaned is important.I applied the first coat, using a cotton rag, to an area of 1 sqm initially and completing a further 3 sqm at and allowed to dry for 40-60 min then applied the second coat, which requires 12+ hours to fully dry to produce a hard wearing and durable finish. Our kitchen has around 16sqm of quarry tiles and therefore I undertook the work over a week or so, to ensure that I could “fence off” the area being worked on from our dog and other people in the house: worth considering as you don’t want to spoil your hard work!Based on footfall, the finish should last for 6 months or so in terms of appearance, although in terms of protection, will last far longer.

Once the floor is clean and dry, applying this polish is easy and it gives a good, non-slip finish.

DOES NOT LEAVE A HIGH SHEENAs everyone knows, people who have hallways tiled with victorian tiles such as Minton, a high sheen is highly desirable as it brings out the colours. If you want that, don't bother with this: after a through cleaning with HG extreme power cleaner, leaving it to dry well as recommended and then using this Satin Gloss Finish, I am very disappointed. There is a BIT of a sheen - a very little bit - but certainly not the shine I was looking for. The colours just look 'flat'. Goodness knows why HG dont offer a high sheen Finish.....
