Q: Will it fit in a locker

No. Too wide for a standard locker.

Q: Are the pockets large enough to hold manila folders?

Yes. I have manila folders in mine. I use two 3-M wall hooks to hold it up and it works great. This has really helped me keep track of important documents.

Q: How deep are the pockets?

The mesh pockets are 7 1/2”H. The top of the opening is about 10”. I hope this helps. I was easily able to fit 3 Barbie dolls in each. Also, the 10” Maui demigod fit in one as well (and he is quite large).

Q: Would this item support numerous tablet computers of appropriate size?

No. Too flimsy and the tablets would ‘fall’ forward. They might fall out, but really it just wouldn’t LOOK good.
