Cant remove battery
This is a good bike the only problem is you have to carry the whole bike upstairs so if you live on the fifth floor you have to carry this heavy bike up the stairs to charge it unfortunately my son is a disabled young men and the bike is too heavy for him to carry that far so would have been nice if the battery was removable think before you buy it I've also reached out to the company and got no response to see if there was a way to remove the battery. I'm glad I bought a 3 year warranty with it as well make sure you do that.

if you are looking for an a great ebike for the price look no further!
the bike itself was so easy to put together and was pretty much 90% built, and honestly the speed and smooth ride caught me off guard the power this bike has and battery lasts a very long time. Best part is the price but the service is top notch as well, they respond quickly very professionally and quite helpful, above and beyond to me I need help with my seat and they helped me and guided me and I had an issue they fixed it for me I can't lie for this price you think a bike like this would be double for how good it is in quality.

Really good, fast and strong! I LOVE IT!
It has been two days since I bought it and I really like it! It reaches a maximum speed of 26 mph if you use the motor only. The paddle assist can help you reach this speed as well! The motor is really strong, getting up hills should not be a problem at all with this fast and strong motor. It also accelerates really fast, Gets you to top speed in about 8 secs!On the other hand, the rear break wasn't as strong as the front break. If fact, it was really weak, it didn't grip the tire really well. I went to a bike's store to find out what was wrong with it, they said it was contaminated and needed cleaning. But that wasn't the case. A friend told me to try and fix the problem by myself instead of paying 30$ to the bike store. I thankfully did that. The problem wasn't big at all. I just needed to stretch the break wire a bit and it worked just fine now. It grips even stronger than the front break now!I rated it 4 starts not for the breaks, but for the misguiding instructions in the assembly. The instructions said that there is an "M" button that you should long press in order for the bike to turn on. But I did neither find the "M" button nor this thing on the handle bar that contains the "M" button. There was no "M" button at all!!!Also, I couldn't take the battery out. They said in the instructions that I needed to turn the key counter clockwise, but it seemed to be stuck, I only could turn it clock wise. And when I do that, the small cylindrical metal piece that prevent the battery from sliding out, is not moving in, instead its moving out. I was really upset and frustrated about the "M" button and the battery.I started freaking out as this product is not refundable and I thought that it was missing a major part of it, the part that turns the bike on! I tried contacting the seller or costumer service, but unfortunately there is no one you can speak to, only AI chat bots.Luckily! minutes later, I managed to turn the key the other way somehow and it worked! Apparently I had to insert the key all the way in, and keep pressing on it. Only then, it would turn counter clock wise. The battery came out! Thats one problem sloved.About the "M" button. Apparently, there was another button that I had to long press instead of the "M" button mentioned in the instructions. They should've mentioned this button to prevent misguidance. Nevertheless, I figured it out in the end and managed to turn on the bike finally! If anoyone encounter the same issues, I hope this review would help you. Totally would recommend this bike to everyone. Wish you all the best.

Ridstar e-bike
I liked that it felt solid out of the box. A YouTube video was very helpful for assembly. In general I believe it to be a good bike however, once assembled I realized some problems. First the derailleur is bent so it will throw the chain ( no damage to the shipping carton so it must have been packaged as such). Second although not a severe the front cork column is loose and needs to be tightened. Third a rear brake is dragging. All these things are being taken care of by a local bike shop. No thanks to the seller or manufacturer whom I have tried to contact to no avail. ( email comes back failure to deliver). If not for these issues I would definitely give this bike five stars.Cost me $120 to have it done right. Something that should have been paid for by seller/manufacturer. I have changed my review here to five stars. The sellers learned of my problem and worked for me to get reimbursed from the manufacturer. Fully reimbursed for the repairs. It is a very solid bike.

Why does customer service have to be a robot
E-bike is great. My review is on the broken cell phone holder arrived broken. They should pack it separately instead of sending it attached to the handle bar. I contacted Amazon since they are the middle man. No way of reaching seller. I got the run around. Never got it replaced. So I had to glue it together. We will see how long it last. Wish I could get it replaced.Instructions! Who in the world wrote this? Horrible instructions. Went on YouTube to find videos of other e-bikes to get a better idea of assembling it. It did come out to over $1000 so would work on better manual. At the end my girl likes the e-bike.

Great assistance and customer service!
I love this bike. It’s good on the terrain and on the road. It move smoothly and it’s not that heavy compared to other bikes I had in the past. But, I did run with a issue. The arm that hold the pedals was damaged. And, I reached out to customer service and they assisted me with what I needed. The person that assisted me was very nice and what’s willing to help as much he could. Overall, it’s a great buy and I totally recommend it!
