Great, quality dumbbells. I love the feel of the coating (maybe neoprene), easy to grip and hold even if hands are a bit sweaty. Nice area for grip, not too tight. I am a woman with larger hands and these feel perfect. Seem like solid weights. I'm happy I purchased.

I wanted to start strengthening my arms and had never worked with dumbbells before. I saw this set and liked the way they looked in the picture. I am very pleased with them. They feel nice in my hands and seem to be well made. Since I am a beginner, I didn't want something too heavy but still heavy enough to be effective. The three different weights in this set are exactly what I was looking for. I can increase or decrease the heaviness depending on the exercise I am doing. The storage rack is a plus though it would be nicer if the plastic was a bit sturdier.

While I am working outback at Planet fitness, I have several ligaments tears in my shoulders and at the insertion of one bicep. While I can work bench press machines at 100lbs+, I am also looking to develop the auxiliary muscles in my shoulders, by working on a bench with dumbbells of much less weight like these. I get two benefits from this: 1. It engages the minor muscles and encourages ligament “healing” to a degree so that I can lift in better form. 2. It lets me start the lift from a lower point that stretches the joint more. The effort with the machines starts from a higher point. This is like taking the bottom position of a push-up loser to the ground. Now this is my special reason for doing these relatively low weights, but for other people who need to use these weights as a starting point, I think the CAP dumbbells are about the best priced and high quality.

The CAP Barbell Neoprene Dumbbells themselves are fantastic and definitely a high-quality weight set. The neoprene coating offers a comfortable, non-slip grip, and the colors make it super easy to quickly grab the right weight during a fast-paced workout. They are perfect for daily home routines and the weights feel very durable. However, I had to dock a star because the holder that comes with the set is super cheap and flimsy. It feels like thin plastic and does not offer the stability you would expect when storing multiple heavy weights. It gets the job done—barely—but I don't fully trust it not to snap or tip over if bumped. Overall, it is still a solid purchase because the actual dumbbells are top-notch. I highly recommend the weights, just don't expect much at all from the storage rack!

Great small weight set for arm workouts. I really like the colors and the small weight rack. Nice looking and functional. The covering on the weights is very comfortable in the hand....not slipery.

I enjoy using these at home while exercising, very easy to use, very portable. I’ve dropped them ( because I’m clumsy okay) no damage good condition. Quality is great.

Pros: -Inexpensive -Cute -Convinient: I carry weights around with it (no top handle though, I had to use the tiny rod in between the two top dumbells with my fingers). -Sturdy: Two plastic pieces held together by screwed in plastic rods so it's sturdy; doesn't feel like it'll break. -Easy to assemble Cons: -Rack can tip over when lifting weights off if you're not lifting them off the proper way because the plastic is lightweight. Once I realized how to lift the weights off it was fine. Overall, If you want a mini lightweight rack that is eay to move around, it does a really good job. I've moved my dumbells on this rack indoors and outdoors multiple times, and it holds up really well. Plastic hasn't broken or cracked, and I lifted the rack with all the weights on it. Love this little weight rack. Rack is best used for neoprene dumbells: (as shown in the pictures) -2 lbs -5 lbs -8 lbs
