Really impressed with this. Not only is it a more eco friendly storage solution but it is also surprisingly strong. Fairly quick and easy to assemble. Does the job.

At first, when opening the packaging and seeing the pre-assembly cardboard I initially thought that this product would be un-sturdy and look chep.To be fair, I was wrong.I bought this to place under a printer to allow paper to be stored underneath while saving space.It does the job! no issues with it's structure at all.It is definitely stronger and more aesthetically pleasing than I initially thought.For something that is essentially 'recycled cardboard' it could be classed as quite pricey (hence the 4 stars)

This cardboard box is ideal for holding lever arch or box files. Bookcases are usually the wrong size, especially in depth, and the files tend to fall over. This R-Kive system may not last forever, but that's cardboard for you.As they stand vertically, the contents of box files need to be such that they do not fall about inside, and maybe ring binders are best with 4 rings rather than 2, for the same reason.At the time I bought it, it was around £40 for a pack of 5, but the individual 6-compartment units were about £18 each. The price per 5-pack has now gone up to around £70 in shops (but not on Amazon), so it is a choice you have to make based on how many of the 6-compartment units you really need. They come flat-packed, so they take up very little space until you assemble them. You can also get 4-compartment units. Beware, as some online suppliers quote a price of around £2 per unit, but always seem to be out of stock; probably a clearance line that has not been deleted. I thought £18 for one was more than it is worth paying for a cardboard box, but 5 for £40 is good value, and I think you can stack them 3-high. I would not put heavy or valuable objects on the top!

Title says pack of 5, small print at the bottom of the description indicates 1 per pack only. The title is very deceptive and anyone buying needs to be made aware. I've previously purchased exactly the same product and always received 5 in the pack. Title needs to change!!! Buyers beware.

Great easy to put together

It is impossible to fit the front plastic strips onto the edges. They don't open far enough and rip the cardboard. If anyone has bought one of these, is there a tip to doing this bit. I have one from years ago and the plastic strips opened fairly wide to slip on. These new ones do not.

I cannot understand the fuss some of the one star reviewers make. For the price you are not going to get a rigid metal or wood box. But it does the job. It was easy to erect and it holds all what I want it to - A4 paper, envelopes, work pads, boxes of labels and laminator sheets, clear plastic folders, transit files. Mine fits under a shelf so I won't be putting anything on it - but it would take a few things. My desk is a lot tidier now.

This was hard to find in US and actually shipped from UK where they are quite common. Useful for standing binders upright, especially when multiple binders needed nearby for a particular task.

Box ist bei uns seit 3 Jahren im Einsatz. Aufbau war, soweit ich mich erinnere, problemlos. Sie sieht genau wie auf dem Foto aus. Wir haben sie im Schrank stehen und bewahren Büromaterial darin auf. Wenn wir sie mal nicht mehr brauchen, können wir sie umweltfreundlich entsorgen. Wir sind zufrieden.

Muy útil para lo que fue diseñado y de fácil montaje. El precio es algo caro dado que es todo de cartón pero en general cumple la función que necesito. En comparación con otros de su sector es bastante asequible.
