Large Grout Pen Dark Grey - Revives & Restores Stained Tile Grout Leaving a Clean Fresh Look

the grout in my kitchen floor tiles had got very discoloured over the years and I was deciding if I should get them replaced but thought I would give the grout pen a try first,am I glad I did after just one cost the floor looks like new, I am so pleased I have ordered more to do the bathroom and cloakroom, it is so easy to use and goes a long way. I would highly recommend it.

I must admit, I was very sceptical about how good this would be, but it was either that, or rake out and re-grout. The existing grout (floor tiles) had badly discoloured from its grey, and looked horrible. I'd tried all the usual things, bicarb / white vinegar etc., to no real avail. This done the job perfectly. Like most things, you need to take your time and wipe any excess from the tile (using dry kitchen towel works great - not damp cloth, which will just smear it). Minor niggle is that the applicating nib (bit like a felt tip) would ideally be angled to make it easier to get into corners. I found a way round this by depressing a few times in a washed out yoghurt pot so you get a little liquid forming, and then use an artists paint brush. This allows you to get right into corners. Love this, great product!

Did the job - changed my white grouted floor to grey - easy to use - dark grey colour has a bit of a bluish tinge in bright light but looks good and other feedback indicates that it cures to a true grey with time. So held back one star to see if that happens.

Floor looks amazing

I actually thought this was quite expensive. At the time I didn't, but seeing the results, I think it could be cheaper for the outcome. The head of the pen is very wide, so expect to be doing a lot of clean up over the edges of the tiles.

The tip of the pen is a bit too thick for my floor tiles but it does the job. It does have a slight blue tint to the grey which isn’t great but it will look good when done.

I purchased the Dark Grey and the Beige (for two different areas). What a great product to revive old/soiled grouting and so easy to use! I have had to re-order 'grey' as opposed to the dark grey, as that was just a shade to blueish looking for my floor tiles, but I am still pleased as it is so much better than having to renew all of the grouting.

I did read previous reviews and saw that some had said there was a blue hint. I am afraid more than a hint a definite blue which does not go with our dark grey tiles. No good so now looking for another but suspicious of the colour description now.

Absolute quality product with amazing results. I had attempted a few different options from other makers. This comes out very dark and is exactly as advertised.

Als der fugenstift ankam, war ich zuerst etwas skeptisch. Die Spitze sah doch sehr dick aus. Zuerst dachte ich, ich müsste sie zuschneiden. Das habe ich aber dann doch nicht gemacht und erst mal die Bedienungsanleitung gelesen. Das stellte sich als die richtige Herangehensweise heraus. Sofern man nämlich glatte Fliesen hat, lässt sich der Überschuss nach dem Auftrag entfernen. Hier noch einmal die komplette Vorgehensweise: Stift auspacken, Spitze durch Pumpen vollsaugen lassen. Saubere, trockene Fuge entlangfahren, dabei nicht von den übermalten Rändern irritieren lassen. Sobald die Farbe angetrocknet ist, mit einem alten Geschirrtuch die Überschüsse durch rubbeln entfernen. Der Stift deckt enorm gut und reichte bei mir für ca. 5 m Wand mit 2 m hohem Fliesenspiegel. Er trocknet sehr schnell an und hält Wasser gut stand. Vorsichtig sein sollte man mit säurehaltigen Reinigungsmitteln.

Hat super funktioniert, ja man malt mit dem großen Stift auf die Fliesen, aber genauso einfach gehen die Fliesen mit Wasser und einem Schwamm wieder ab- bin super zufrieden!! Also alle Fugen nachziehen- einwirken- Eimer und Wasser und dann über Fliesen und Fugen schrubben- top Ergebnis!
