Works like a dream. I use it connected directly to my smartphone. Connection was straight forward and once you have things set the way you like, it just works. Included labels are super sticky. I have since purchased extra labels, not from this manufacturer, and there is absolutely no difference in the quality of the labels. Save money and buy the no name stuff. The Printer itself has given me no issues other than once in a while I will get a "squiggle" or a thin line of unprinted space on my label. If 100% accuracy 100% of the time is your goal, then you may find yourself reprinting a label here or there. For me though, it's fine and it's RARE. I don't want to overstate it...but it does occasionally happen. Good unit. Highly recommended.
