We have been going through a whole cup a day in one of our feeders. We have seen cardinals, blue jays, grosbeaks, house finchs, titmouse, chickadees, and doves. It’s been very fun seeing what new species will show up next. This is the first time we have seen a couple of these birds and I attribute that to this seed!

I received the package of Sunflower Birdseed today. When I opened it, I saw that the seeds were moldy, felt damp and many of them were sprouted. The package had arrived promptly, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I had wanted to contact the sender first to figure out what to do, but there was no way to do so. I am sorry about having to write a bad review -- I had ordered several times before from this company for the same product and had always been quite satisfied with the excellent product and delivery. This time, however, the product is quite unuseable.

Massive bag & the birds love it.

This 25 lb bag is great value and happy to see Amazon offering this large size bag. I purchased years ago and the largest bag was I believe 3 lbs and very expensive for just 3 lbs.

I live at 6,000 feet in a Ponderosa Pine forest and my birds, especially woodpeckers, love these black oil sunflower seeds. Lots of interesting activity at the bird feeder, including chipmunks on the ground looking for leftovers! Recommended as long as price doesn't make them too expensive.

I used this for my bird feeders. It attracted a wide variety of birds to my yard. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
