Broken
Heat up once and wouldn't heat up again. Blew all fuses. Waste of money and no customer service 😒

So easy...so perfect
I've had this for about a year now. I use it 5-7 times a week. I absolutely love it. I have no problems w it at all. It was easy to set up and gets to 140 degrees in 10-12 minutes. I would highly recommend this product. But I did invest in a nicer and more comfortable chair to sit on.

Great item
Foot pad to small for my legs relaxing but 45 minute sessions and temp stays 134-140 while in. Typically do a 20 min warmup while use time for quick workout session before bed.

Does not work as described
It does not get to 140 degrees at all. The most I have seen is 104 and that was the first use. The second use it won’t go above 100. I followed instructions and even let it preheat for 30-40 min and still the same.
