The Charger arrived in perfect condition and worked as expected. The indicator lights and volt meter are both easy to understand and to see. I had a question for the seller and submitted my question to them on a Sunday not expecting an answer until Monday or later. To my surprise the seller responded withing hours on the same day. Excellent customer service. My question to them had nothing to do with a bad product it had to do with my ignorance when reading the instructions.
