I selected this pillow based on the measurements and color. My daughter didn’t want anything too large so we got the smaller size. This is not made of cotton, nylon, or acrylic. It is polyester. Normally, I would not get it because I have fabric allergies, but my daughter does not have allergies and I don’t have to touch it. She really likes this beautiful flower pillow, and I decided to let her try it! It arrives in a very compact form in a small rectangular box, so opening it was a fun surprise! All of the photos that were taken before the flower fluffs up are on the purple background. The green background is a photo I took after 3-4 hours of allowing the flower to expand. The wrinkles did eventually disappear for good after my child started sitting on it to play. She says it’s very comfortable, though she has to be careful how she sits on it.I awarded four stars:-For the attractive design-For offering an option in my child’s favorite color-For functionality (as it’s softer than our hardwood floor)- Because this pillow would make a lovely gift option.I deducted a star because it doesn’t seem to expand to be quite as fluffy as the one appears to be in the photo. We measured it and it’s about two and a half inches wide. My daughter is 11 and of average weight for her age. She sits on the edges, so it’s comfortable, because she says she can feel the floor if she sits on the middle part. However, it makes a lovely lounging pillow to lay her head on and she can use it to sit as long as she’s careful. It is very pretty, and if we get her another one I am planning to get the larger size.Unless the child is under 8, I would recommend the smaller pillow as a decorative pillow or a pillow to lay under a child’s head while he or she rests or reads. For children older than 8, I would probably purchase the larger pillow to use as comfortable floor seating. I am happy with ours and it makes very picturesque photographs.

It's so small and not sure what to do with it since its size is not good for as a cushion. Not recommended.

When I first unpacked this beautiful floral pillow I was immediately smitten! It is so soft and so beautiful that at first I did not know what to do with it, where to place it in my home. I just saw it and immediately knew that I wanted it!I really have a deep seated urge to sleep with it and cuddle with its softness because it is a pillow that is more than a pillow, it gives me a sense of security. But I would like to retain its beauty, I don't want to get any of my makeup on it, sometimes I do forget to remove makeup before I go to sleep so I thought the best place for this beautiful pillow was on the bench at the foot of the bed that already has a collection of my favorite throw pillows. It does not shed, it does not lose its shape, it does not have any offensive aroma. It's just perfect!I will say that this is not a throw pillow. This is a pillow that is so versatile and would be great for any age because of the sense of security you get when you are holding it and the sense of beauty, softness and tranquility that it carries with it.It's very difficult to describe something that you feel until the other person that you're trying to convey the message to feels that as well by experience. That being said I am going to just put a photo on here of the beautiful pillow and where it sits on the bench at the foot of my bed and how much it just blends right into the decor of my bedroom. I've never been able to say in my life that I have a favorite pillow up until now.Hopefully if you read this review and you understand where I'm coming from, maybe this can become your favorite pillow too!
