Absolutely Brilliant! Top quality & built to last! Don't waste your time looking for other inferior made wire strippers. These you will not regret buying and they are great to use. I've used several types of hand held wire strippers over many years and most either wear out or break. Initially I twitched at the price, but then remembered the old saying, "You get what you pay for, buy quality and don't buy twice" These Klein strippers are really well made and strong. The cutter blades can be replaced, it does exactly what it has been made for doing. Thought it a little expensive at first, but on receiving them, I soon decided them to be excellent value for money. Superb addition to tool box, these will not be loaned out to anyone. Buy your own you won't be disappointed!

It’s pretty good and does the job well. It’s a bit costly but wire cutting accuracy is on point. It saves time and cuts it safety. It can cut difference thickness as well. Seems very durability.

I've been using this type of wire stripper for over 50 years but this has the least play of any that I have bought. Works very well. US wire gauge sizes.

Good strippers, i was impressed with how well they stripped 6mm solar cable.

I used these wire strippers on aircraft for 29 years and have long looked for a pair after I retired. They are brilliantly simple to use on free cables but they do need the space to operate, so they won’t work on short cables already in a patress or junction box. For that I use wire-stripping pliers with a locking adjustment screw.

I love Klein Tools and I so wanted to like these strippers, alas I was underwhelmed and ended up returning them, as whilst they are well constructed, I can't say the same for the design and they are very awkward for Left Handers...... 1. It is not clear from the description or photos but you need to know the exact gauge of the wire that you are stripping, because you need to line up the wire with the appropriate cut-out on the blade (which is a fiddly process in itself) and there is a risk that if you get it wrong, it will either damage rather than strip the sheath or you will over-cut into the copper core(s). 2. You can only strip one wire at a time, i.e., NOT twin & earth together. 3. The wire cutting hole whilst functional, involves guesswork as to where exactly it will 'cut' the wire, and it is difficult and fiddly to use due to the hole being so narrow, especially if you have multi stranded wire, i.e., when you want to trim a multi stranded cable that has already been stripped but the strands have not been squeezed or twisted together...... In my humble opinion (IMHO), a quality Open Sided Cutter is SO much easier and more precise to use. To conclude, if you have the patience, it does the job well, but in my opinion, at this price, there are far better designed tools out there that are quicker and easier to use, i.e., Knipex.

Excelente pelacables, lo he usado diario por laras horas desde hace una semana que lo adquirí y sigue teniendo el mismo agarre al cortar el cable, cumple de manera impecable su función. -Ahorro tiempo al cortar cable en un solo movimiento (usar navaja o cutter retarda demasiado) -Viene con las medidas AWG para cortar cable o alambre (según sea el caso), al principio tardas en ubicar la ranura para el calibre que tienes, después te acostumbras y lo haces por instinto. -Sistema lubricado para evitar la corrosión de los componentes de corte y sujeción. -Excelentes materiales de construcción y buen diseño, personalmente me gusta el azul que eligieron. P.D. Adquirí la pinza ponchadora de esta misma marca y al igual que este pelacables me fascinó, como dicen las reseñas anteriores: Volvería a comprarlo y vale cada centavos.

I was having a tough time stripping PTFE coated wires. We tested this superbly crafted product on PTFE wire - and it worked like beauty. From 20 gauge to 10 gauge - super smooth. Remember to order extra knives with it.
