Q: I'm 6' tall, is this bench sufficient for incline/decline bench for someone of my height?

Yes, we have a 6’2” person using this bench. (and a couple of 6’ tall peeps). No problems so far!

Q: Do I have to install the dumbell rack?

You probably would not need to, but it would be a bit weaker structurally. I would be nervous if bench pressing a heavy barbell without the dumbbell rack installed.

Q: How much can you actually bench on this Im looming for a really strong bench? Last bench I bought said 700lbs bit bents at 480lbs including my weight?

I actually use another for bench pressing. A stand alone flat bench that is commercial gym level, great quality. The Sunny Health & Fitness bench I actually bought for incline bench, seated DB shoulder press, and other functional exercises. While it's sturdy enough to bench on it's higher than your standard flat bench. Also, it may also provide a different feel if benching that's why I would suggest a stand alone flat bench. The Sunny Health & Fitness bench is great and sturdy. But as I said, I use it for incline bench, dumbbell flys, incline dumbbell rows, the list goes on.
