Mikki Dog, Cat Claw and Nail Clipper, Trim, Scissor for Grooming - for Large Pet Breeds - Large

There small dog nail clippers are great made cutting my dog nails easy to trim. Delivery was on time good service.

These clippers are so easy to use, i did have some help from another person holding the cat. But the cat was very calm with these, and they are nice and sharp so snipped the claw straight off without any effort. GOOD TIP- test on a cotton bud to see exactly where the cut will be as you dont want to cut the quick. We've previously used Mikki "scissor style" cutters without success, they just crushed the nail and the cat was distressed by the experience. these are a whole different story. Highly recommend you try them. We used to ask the vet to do it as it was too harrowing, but not anymore.

Comfortable to hold and the blades are sharp and the size of blades are fine for medium and large dogs. The nail guard is removable, which I have removed as they are of no use, and because when the mail guard was moved it would loosen the screw keeping the blades together.

Great scissors, I work as a vet nurse as these are great for the mouse sensitive dogs. They are a lot quieter than others we have had and clip a lot more smoothly as well. Very impressed

Arrived quickly. Strong and easy to use. I felt confident to use them after the first couple of cuts. We will be making this part of a weekly groom for my Boston terrier who's front nails grow so quickly. A monthly visit to the groomers isn't enough as her quick grows quick! And a little every week with these sharp snips will keep her nails nice and short and prolong the health of her paws and joints.

This still requires a Guard or please let your small animals nails grow well before cutting. I am looking forward to the day when a nail clipper is designed correctly for the smaller animals with smaller nails.

My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is a complete scaredy-cat, and hated the guillotine style clippers we used to have - her claws curled under, so they would get dragged back, and it's hard to fit them through the hole. These clippers, on the other hand, were sharp, easy to use, and (even though she's still a scaredy-cat), it's much easier to deal with her claws now. Would definitely recommend!

Stable and sharp tool. Works 100x better then previous tool (similiar) it’s replacing. These items have however an expired date. They get unsharp after awhile. Let’s see how long this one will last…

These are the best nail clippers.

Very durable and sturdy, I used them for a larger dog. However I did not find them very sharp. After a few uses, they went dull very quickly. The curved blade makes them challenging to sharpen.
