As they say, 'does what it says on the tin'. Dries solid quickly, does not leave a sticky finish. I thought I night have to put sand on the strip afterwards, but it was not necessary. I can understand the comments about being difficult to unroll, but if you keep the roll cool/ cold, it is easy to work with and the job is best done on a cool, not sunny, day.
