I hardly ever write review but this product has worked so well I felt obligated to mention my results. I have a history of high blood pressure and have taken zestril for years. I'm a active person and I'm not over weight. High blood pressure runs in my family. I started taking Reishi along with Cordycepns, Chaga and MyCommunity by Host Defense. After just a few days my blood pressure returned to normal. I had stopped taking my blood pressure meds the same time that I started taking the supplements. This morning my BP was 114/68. Zestril has never brought my blood pressure down that low. I have also noticed that I no longer get up during the night to urinate. I was having to go 2 or 3 times a night. The ringing in my ears has also decreased some. I haven't noticed any negative side effect so far and I have even ordered some for my dad. I wish this product was a little less expensive but if it works and makes my health better then it is worth it. I am 5'11" 192 pounds 41 years old.
