17June 2024* I bought this UPS in Jun 2024. The UPS worked very well for over a year powering my two Wifi modems. *15 Oct 25* It was still under the warranty period (2yrs) but stopped working. It did not supply power to load on mains failure, even though battery appeared OK with front panel showing 250V on mains failure. Posibly a minor fault. I contacted the company who promptly had the UPS collected through a return and agreed to repair and send it back. This is highly commendable for an Indian Company. On receipt at their repair centre they sent me a brand new replacement. *05 Nov 25* Received today in excellent condition and working perfectly. Thankyou Artis. Electronics does fail but what is the grestest confidence is the post sale support. In my case a full year after use. Very Strongly recommend Artis for your UPS requirements *16 Mar 26* The UPS failed again not supplying power to load on mains failure with a "FOI" display. It is just a few months short of the 2yr warranty. I contacted Artis and they promptly arranged a pickup for repair. This is really commendable of the firm to honour its warranty commitments without any questions. The repair is likely to take some time including transit to repair centre. *20 Mar 26* I could not wait till they repaired and send it back. After some consideration I ordered another same Artis 600 VA LCD from Amazon. *21 Mar 26* Just received it. Although in a sturdy Amazon cartoon, the UPS inside its own cartoon was not too well packed. It had thermocol side support but no sponge on the sides to protect movement in transit. But fortunately no damage. Plugged in to charge for 4 hrs as advised in the manual but the battery was 100% charged. The touch screen LCD works well. Excellent Performance. Am very satisfied with this UPS. *8 Apr 26* I received the "repaired" UPS. But looks brand new. Works fine. Once again amazed at the product support from ARTIS. Second time within warranty and no questions asked. Picked up and replaced. The replaced UPS looks brand new works perfectly well with all controls functional. I am yet to see a better Company in India. Compliments are inadequate to describe their sincerity and support. Very Strongly recommend Artis products. 👏👏👏🙏

Not at all recommended. The package came with box which was not sealed just a sticky tape attached to one side of the box on opening the package the thermocol inside was broken in pieces had real trouble taking the ups out. On switching on the ups it was working but battery percentage showed only 75 % of battery. I thought may be after charging it may display 100%. But when I plugged in the ups the battery percentage in the display suddenly jumped from 75% to 100% , I thought maybe it’s just showing so but after 4 hrs of continuous charging it showed 100 % but as soon as I connected it to my desktop battery went back to 75% it is then only I got to know the product they send me was defective probably battery issue , it is very bad to know that there is no proper replacement or return options. First u have option via Amazon for troubleshooting and customer care. And replacement option is available only if it’s damaged.No option for return of defective item. Iam a frequent buyer from Amazon but didn’t expect such things to happen

Few months ago I purchased it and find that this product continued the power supply to my CPU & monitor without any trouble. But the problem is there there are no any blinker or sound during main supply cut off. another is the on off switch is very small which is not quite acceptable for me. But the product performance is the best.

The product itself works O.K. Just a couple of annoying features : 1. The power button is very small - maybe the size of 2 toothpick heads - and is awkward to push in and out. 2. It gives a very cheap feeling. Their cheaper model has a proper power button. 3. There is absolutely NO indication that the power is on....The little touchscreen turns on momentarily when you switch on the power and then turns off after a few seconds. You are then left guessing whether the set is on or off.

I have tested this UPS with 10% load. This is with a home desktop PC with 22inch LCD monitor. Soon as mains was turned off, it displayed battery capacity as 75%. It worked very well for 1 hour giving backup and at the end battery capacity was still 50%. I consider this performance as very good for a UPS of this size and specification. I wish the power button is made large in size and some LED indication about ON condition is needed. I fail to comprehend why we have to import this type of UPS from China ....What happened to our Make in India programs ? Edit May 2025 : It is very difficult to operate switch of this UPS. It can be operated only with slim fingers or with sharp finger nails🙁. Hence I modified front panel power button to make it easy to operate. I hope Artis will listen to customer feedbacks

A UPS that does not work on main supply down. Worst product ever and worst product display by amazon. Whenever the main supply goes down UPs shows error, so checked the booklet and it says fault in wire. Replaced 3 wires but same error. Amazon has a button saying view support options and then it shows nothing, no toll free number no email id just a brief product description. Save yourself from headaches and your money from getting wasted. Buy some good brand UPS and be worry free, atleast the contact details will be on internet or with the warranty card Here is hoping that someone from the product or amazon team will reply to rectify the product problem. But till then the product and the brand is not reliable.
