**Q: Do these pen have retractable tips?**
A: Yes, the tips are retractable by a click mechanism at the top.

**Q: Does this product come with refils?**
A: I'm not sure if refills come with the pens, but refills are definitely available for them from Amazon.  My wife loves these for her arthritic hands.

**Q: Is there an all plastic version? The rubber grip always stretches out of shape.**
A: I don’t know if there is an all plastic version. I have never had the rubber grip stretch out of shape.

**Q: Which refills should I buy?**
A: Any "Parker-style" refills will work; however, for people with arthritis, I recommend the Monteverde P-15 super-broad Soft Roll.
