Excellent modern secure and TINY replacement for my trusty Italian tri-fold style
I've been using Bosca's tri-fold design for over 15 years, and I've loved them (I went through 2 of them in that period). They are excellently made and are very nice pieces, and they cost a bunch. With the advent of RFID cloning and nearly every card being contactless these days, it was time for a technical upgrade to keep things secure, and it was time for me to re-evaluate how much many seldom-used cards I carry around that I now have digitally or just don't need on my person. I thought about using RFiD blockers in my Bosca (already a bit bulky) or even trying a Ridge wallet (a little too radical for me). This seems like a nice mid-way point between a traditional wallet like my Bosca and something like a Ridge. I've never used a money clip previously, as I usually don't carry much cash. I've had no issues with the integrated and removable clip in the Kings Loot, and it holds the bills very securely. I've pared down my every-day-carry (EDC) to the most important items. I have 6 flat cards, 1 embossed card, plus my ID, and some bills in this wallet, and it's still amazingly tiny. The size and weight reduction alone is reason enough to upgrade, in my opinion. No, I didn't have a George Costanza wallet before, LOL! Here in the Kings Loot, I have placed my single most-used card (for gas/dining) under my ID in the window space provided, and then I just ask to use Apple Pay at checkout in a drive-thru line, for example. When the cashier presents the contactless terminal, I flip open my wallet and hold the side with my ID to the scanner. They're confused for a second, but it gets the job done quickly and reliably every time, and I usually get a "hey, that's cool" comment. 😎 The pull-out card section is great and comfortably fits the remaining 3 flat and 1 embossed cards for me. If you have more embossed cards, you will probably fit fewer in here. No issues with my cards getting scratched up or anything either with the pull-out section. The RFID blocking works very well with this wallet (I have tested it from all angles), with one exception. The outside pocket with the Kings Loot logo on it seems to allow scans depending on how the RFID chip on that card is positioned in that outer pocket. So, I just don't use that pocket for cards. I just reserve it for a business card or two, so no problem for me. For a Benjamin at the time of this writing, this wallet is VERY nice. I'm very picky about my EDC items, and if my wife/kids would have gotten this for me, I would have been thrilled. Always a gamble when you buy an EDC item for your man, so YMMV... If you're security-minded and don't need to carry too much crap around with you, then this Kings Loot Slim Minimalist wallet makes all the sense in the world. I love it, and you probably will too! [And if not, Amazon is excellent with returns, and Kings Loot has what seems like a very nice return / replacement policy.]

Nice leather, good quality, fits in front pockets
I've had my original Kings Loot wallet for four years. It is the darker one on the left in the fourth photo. It has held up well and the leather has developed a nice patina. It still looks almost new. I ordered this new one, the "hybrid," along with a different wallet, the "kingsfold." I think they call it a hybrid because its a cross between a money clip and a card holder. It is smaller than a traditional wallet but still holds about as much. There is a front pocket that holds one or two cards. I keep my daily-use debit card there. There are two interior card slots under the cash clip. The clip will hold around ten bills and receipts. There is a pull tab on the end that will hold another one to six cards. I keep three cards in the pull-tab slot. They come out easily. Even when loaded with cash and cards, it fits in my front pocket. The buckskin color looks great. Out of the box, I noticed it had marks on it from processing. I wasn't concerned about this as most leather items (shoes, bags, etc.) seem to always have something. My original wallet had the same. The marks in the leather come out by rubbing with your finger. The leather is good quality. It is thicker and seems more "premium" than the leather on another wallet I was given. I'm expecting several good years of daily use from this - the same as I got out of my first one.

Solid wallet!! Great quality!!
Superior quality!! Construction solid Tight sticking. Leather of great quality. My Hubs LOVES the little tab to pull out his cards and the metal cash clip to organized his bills. Compact and highly functional. Worth the extra $$ for such quality.

Good but Not totally convinced
I have quite a few of these style wallets all from different companies. All of the other companies seem to be comparable quality for around $35. This wallet, however, is significantly more. With that said, the packaging is much better than most. Also, the quality of the leather seems to be one step above the rest. The wallet itself will need some break in time as it is very stiff and tight compared to lesser brands. I opted to have the engraving done, which I am not impressed with feels barely on there, not very deep into the leather. Time will tell I'm not sure how the lifetime replacement works but I saw someone else say that it still cost $30 to have it replaced not to Happy about that if it's true because the price point of this wallet only makes sense with a lifetime replacement. Conclusion, positive- better quality leather than most, great Packaging/presentation . very stiff and tight making for a perfect fit after break in. Negative - mediocre engraving, if opted, very high priced for what you get in comparison to other brands.

Love my new wallet.
It is perfect. Leather, smaller than my normal wallets. Showed it off and my friends also are getting one. Easy access to cards and holds cash in clip perfectly. Rfid protection. What's not to love!

I didn't need that huge wallet after all
I've been carrying a big tri-fold for years, thinking that I needed all that room to carry too much junk in my wallet and make my hip sore carrying it. I finally gave in and ordered this slim wallet, and so far, am very pleased. There is room for plenty of cards, and you'll find soon that you don't use nearly as many as you think. There are three different area to store cards. I carry my main two (credit card and shopper's card) on the outside pocket. On the easily accessible middle pocket I keep my insurance cards, etc. That area holds six cards. The hidden area with the strap also holds plenty of cards, the ones rarely used. There's also a clear pocket with a thumb slide for your driver's license. There's a money clip which holds plenty of bills tightly. I'm still trying to get used to how to handle the wallet when using cash and receiving change and not holding up the line but I'm getting better. The leather feels like high quality and the total design is well thought out for way more room than you think. I can carry in either the front or back pocket and also find myself placing it in a jacket pocket. It's light and comfortable to carry in all those locations and the Rfid protection is also a plus. Pleased with my order and my sore hip is happy.

Not Expected!
I am used to heavy duty wallets. This one is minimalist, so I was not sure if I would like it. I have to say it grew on me really quickly. I like the design, leather feel, the money clip and the ribbon card slider.

Extremely disappointed...
Lather quality is so bad. it does not worth it about160 CAD at all. There are many others wallets with better quality of lather than this one and also cheaper.. Canadian bank notes are not fitted in this wallet. see the pic. search on google " Kings loot wallet review" and read all post on Reddit before you buy this wallet.
