One of them did not hold a charge. Amazon accepted my return and I am satisfied with the one I have left.It charges relatively quickly, and holds a top charge for at least a few weeks. The wireless charging feature is the handiest plus since it only matters that you have access to a QI charger on your phone, not worrying about the usb c, micro, or whatever adapter you might use. Just drop the phone on it and charge.I would strongly recommend this product (when working properly). ### ⭐ Worked great at first and then almost caught on fire.. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2019* I was going to make a product review on this battery bank but after looking at a review with a similar problem that happened to me. It's best that I wouldn't recommend this product, first problem is that the battery pack feels cheaply made. Another problem is that the thing overheats very easy. When I was charging 2 phones the battery bank started to smell burnt and warmed up very quick. Even for the breif moment I had my iPhone 8 plus charging the thing felt like a fire hazard waiting to happen. ### ⭐ NOT 10,000mah Wont fully charge iphone8+ *by M***A on Reviewed in the United States on July 10, 2018* Garbage. This charger does not charge my iphone 8 + to even 50% before dying. recharges quickly, but i believe it to be smaller than 5000mah.
