I was told to use creatine every day in your 40’s but I don’t I use only when I work out 15 minutes before is enough time , it really works for me it gives a lot more energy and strength ,it’s just crazy! Results I’ll see with time I haven’t had time to work out eve day but the 2 times I work out it seems to be doing it’s job I totally recommend, and I do some exercises at home I wonder how it would be if I was at the gym .

I see a lot of reviews here where people are complaining about the taste. It's creatine! You should be taking this for the resource it provides, not for the taste. This product from my 1 month experience works -- stronger hands down -- shoulders, biceps and chest popping. Hard to swallow? There is no flavour as clearly advertised on the container so you know what you are getting--that's why I gave it 5 stars for flavour because they are not lying. Down it, suck it up, and hit the gym.

This creatine is ok, compared to other brands. Is says unflavoured but mixed with water tastes horrible! You definitely need to mix with juice or flavoured water. Performance wise, it does give you a bit of extra power to push through! Crea10 and GNC brand creatine monohydrate are better bang for the buck.
