We have lots of these in 3 different sizes. They are pretty durable, happy in the oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave. The lids make it easy to store half used food. I used to worry about putting the lids in the dishwasher, but my family tested that theory for me and I am happy to say that the lid survived even a 70 degree cycle.

I now have 4 of these bowls in different sizes. They are so original and can be use for almost anything , from storing in the fridge, whipping up cake mixture, use as salad bowl, for making blomange and many other things. They are useful for almost everything, but I have never use them in the microwave as yet as I use them mainly for salad and fir storing thing in foe the fridge. Great buy. Thank you

I find this bowl and lid really useful to have in the kitchen. I like to use it store my home made stock in, as the toughened glass takes the hot liquid really well. The lid is really good, although it can be a little difficult to get off when the bowl has been in the fridge for a while. I have found that just leaving a hot cloth on it for a minute or so gets the lid off. Very pleased with purchase. In fact, I was so pleased I bought another one!
