Would these treats be suitable for a cat with no teeth?

The treats do break up when pressure is applied by my fingers, so I would think, providing you give only small pieces, your cat would manage to gum them. But you might want to consider Catit Lickable Creamys - my cat loves these and no chewing needed !

Can a 8 month old kitten have them ?
