After a week of use, I feel like it is helping with the issues I bought it hoping to help (gut). I'm taking more than recommended for now to get on top the problem, probably around 5000 mg. A week is not long enough for a definitive answer, but so far so good. It tastes good but doesn't dissolve very easy so I just dump it in my mouth dry and eat it with a glass of water or cup of coffee. I learned about this through a radio talk show (infowars), they started selling it, so I googled information; this product has 1000 more mg per scoop, and is less, or the same in price, plus 3rd party tested, although infowars does have good sales you can catch, it is still 2000 vs 3000 mg, and Infowars does not mention 3rd part tests. I am also giving it to my dog who has suffered years of skin disease I can't seem to cure, can't say if it is helping her yet, but other reports state that is should and I'm really hoping it will relieve her suffering. I'll report back when I can say more about her progress.

I truly believe this product helps with gut health and immune system support. Within a couple weeks of starting the gummies, I noticed I became more regular (sorry if TMI). Between the time I ran out and reordered, I went back to how it was before and vice versa when they came in again. Now I have this product on subscribe so that doesn't happen.

It's good. Tastes good. Helps with gut inflammation,acid reflux, absorbing iron as well as fighting off colds. However, it's a little under filled and I only got about 26 servings not 30. You can probably do half a scoop and still get enough of the benefits.

Not so great when you open it- this tastes expired
