Got this motor and esc for a 3dLabPrint Cub (the files are free!) and it works great with both an APC electric prop and one I 3d printed. ESC comes with no battery connector, that is good because everyone seems to have different ones... Got it soldered together, set everything up in the radio (do that with the prop OFF!) and was ready to go in a few minutes. Will buy more soon...

So far this has been a great motor and ESC for my scratch build foam Slow Stick. At 440g flying weight it's probably a bit too much power. I'm running a 10x4.5 prop and 1200mA 3C. If there were anything to complain about I think the shaft or prop collet has some runout, but nothing major. I like this item. I ordered another one to build another plane with. I think it'll be my go to motor for slow and 3D planes.

ESC worked long enough to bind my receiver then it died, will not power on electronics again unable to test motor without ESC Seller sent me a replacement ESC, second one worked ok, motor seems to be great, weather hasn’t cooperated to fly the plane yet

TLDR: If you're thinkin of using these on some kind of Multirotor DONT BUY THESE MOTORS. The motors themselves work fine, and the price for the tech isn't bad, but they specifically advertise these as "quadcopter" and "multirotor" motors. These motors have you mount the propeller on what's called a "collet" or a "prop collet" These slide over the smooth shaft and rely on the friction between the two metals to make sure the propeller doesn't slip. This mounting is terrible for multirotors because any slippage at all will cause your flight controller try and compensate by spinning that motor faster, which makes the problem worse. This can make your multirotor fall out of the sky, or if your lucky, it won't lift off at all. If you plan on building an RC airplane, something like this could be fine since minor prop slippage wont be that big of a deal, and the motor RPMs won't be changing so quickly. But avoid these at all costs if your building a DIY drone.

They work very well I have used these in many foam 3 channel planes and in my new reciever test model as well.

After a start were i forgot about the throttle calibration error .. these little setups deliver great power and light weight form. The three planes i have from a FT-22 jet to a large homemade wing to a Slow stick all can glide, soar, or scream through the air. Great Price and awesome 4 days shipping with prime free shipping makes for great results.

Arrived nicely packed next day. The motor still works, however, for some reason after few flights the shaft having longitudinal 3-4 mm movement, which I didnt notice with any other my Rc motors. Still works though. The ESC smoked and died surprisingly fast, within few mins of binding and motor testing. 3 starts for quick delivery and still working motor. In general, I did buy 2 sets of similar sets ( the other one had also servos and props). Ended up buying everything again, separately motors, ESCs, servos, etc.... . Somehow 50% of the set items ended up being defective, not working at all, or dying prematurely.

This motor package came in only 2 days! It was very well packaged and has comparable weight to other motors with stators this big. This would be a great motor for a 330 - 450 mm build or as an upgrade for a first generation Phantom. I'm gonna put it on my custom 450 mm cinema rig! Awesome package for a fair price!
