Q: Do i need to charge my kiwi design battery strap directly or will it also charge if i have headset plugged in for charging with batterystrap attached?

Just plug into the port on the back of the kiwi. It will charge both the kiwi and your headset.

Q: Is it ok to just leave this always plugged in to the outlet and charging and also connected to the headset when not in use?

Leaving this plugged in, as with any Lithium battery, will cause extra stress on the battery. Best practice is to let your headsets charge to at least 80+%, and charge after it drops under 20%; while never leaving it plugged in for excessive periods.

Q: Can you turn of the battery?

Yes, you can turn off battery. When I shut down my headset, I unplug the short battery cable (it's about two inches long) that goes from the strap to the front of the viewer. When I put the headset on again, I plug it back in and have extended play time.

Q: Can you use with soundcore vr a10 ?

Im not sure. Look at a photo for the Oculus Quest 2 without the base straps on and see if that lines up with your VR system. That's the best I can tell you to be honest.
