Great replacement for the ISP's supplied router- lots of features
My ISP supplied a TP-Link TL-WR940N v6, and while it was reasonably stable (needed rebooting about once a week to restore connectivity), and had no bandwidth control for the ports or parental controls. Obviously build to a price point. I've have the Tenda AC6 AC1200 v2 now fro 8 months and its been very stable, loads of features such as being able to limit bandwidth per connected device, a nice android app where I'm able to review setting without connecting via a web browser, in-build VPN support, parental controls etc. I had considered setting up pfSense as my main router, but this device had all the features I required, and has proven rock solid. Definitely recommended.

Improved rubbish superhub 3
Currently using the virgin superhub and WiFi was poor and kids kept moaning about speed of the internet while gaming. Saw this on special for under 25 quid. Followed the instructions in the first top review. WiFi signal has improved no droputs . Couldn't be happier for the money.

Great value
Modem router supplied by my ISP was diabolical. After setting this up my wireless speed has increased by 75% and range by over 100%.

Overall poor performance and limited.
I was looking for a router to share my 1G bps fibre line. Plugging a cat6 cable in to by desktop directly I speed tested at 950mbps. I connected the cable to the back of this router and set it up to connect to my wireless card. Speed dropped to 10mbps. My wifi isn't the newest but is rated to 600mbps on 5Ghz. So I took a cat6 from the back of this router to my pc and shut off the wifi and again it tested at only 10mbps. I plugged the cable from my ISP's router to my pc again. Tested at 1Gbps, I now have a gigabit swtch and all the same cables and it works great. It would seem that the network ports on the are locked to 100mbs and aren't compatable with my faster set up.

Good cheap, reliable router
Great router comes preconfigured with a password for WiFi so all you need to do is plug into the wan port and you are up and running. Was also very easy to change the WiFi name and password

Worse than Virgin Hub 3
We had 200Gb Virgin Media fibre installed in January. It's generally been excellent, but it occasionally dropped connection to some WiFi devices-which didn't happen with BT. I thought this router would fix that.It didn't. It's slower than the Hub 3, drops connections more often, and buffers more when streaming TV. It's advertised as 'up to 1167 Mbps WiFi speed for a super smooth internet experience'. This is highly misleading as the wired ethernet ports are only 100 Mbps, so the Internet connection will never be faster than this (I got a maximum of 70 Mbps, compared to 198 on the Virgin WiFi). We've about 15 WiFi devices (once you start counting TV, laptops, phones, kindles and even the washing machine) which could be an issue, but most use very little data.It may work as an extender, or if your ISP provided Hub is awful. Mine's going back. Great returns service from Amazon.
