We have a 4yr old girl who is taking gymnastics classes. She desperately wanted to practice her spins/flips and there was nothing suitable (or safe) around the house. This barre bar is perfect for her size, it stays in place when she doing her flips and easily adjusts for other activities. The wooden bar is not finished, but smooth and strong, no worries about splinters or bending (not at this stage anyway). BONUS: Doubles as a clothes rack and WAY cheaper than a treadmill!!

Quite happy with this barre. It’s pretty sturdy and stable. No problems with tipping. You can't use to pull against, but for ballet barre work it is perfect. Size-wise, it is good for 1 adult on each side. You might be able to fit two very small children on each side, but the legs might get in the way.

Great product. Easy to assemble with just a few hand tools. The wife uses it daily for stretching and exercises.

Exactly what I needed for my daughter to participate in her virtual ballet and pointe lessons.Don’t read too much into my 4 stars on “easy to assemble”. There is a YouTube video, and it’s really straightforward. I’m just a “bad assembler”, it went together but it wasn’t easy for me.Fantastic product, would not hesitate to buy again.

This product is fairly low quality. First off, the instructions are just a poor quality video done by some guy in his living room...seriously. Secondly, some of the parts were wrong and some of the holes were threaded incorrectly. I couldn’t even put some of the parts on because they wouldn’t fit in the holes provided and it’s not like I have heavy duty equipment that can cut a bigger hole into the metal. I’m returning and would caution anyone against buying this. Save yourself the headache and get a different one.

The barre is unstable and very wobbly. I have to keep adjusting it after every use. I would not recommend this product.

I’m not a ballerina. I bought this barre to stretch on and to use as a stabilizing barre fo when I work out. I’m so Impressed with the workmanship of this and I also thought the YouTube video made to put it together was also so thoughtful. I put it together myself, I’m handy but it still seemed simple to me. It also is very handsome, really nicely done. Def worth the buy if you want a well made/thought out barre to use for workouts.
