Elevation Lab AirTag Mountain Bike Fork Mount

So.. I was having trouble finding good products to hide am Airtag on my bike. I was worried that this product wouldn't fit but it's absolutely perfect for a tapered fork with an outer diameter of 1.5". So snug and protects the Airtag perfectly. It has a special slot to fit the airtag vertically. I ride with a black Pike DJ fork and it hides perfectly. I rode my dirt jumper on some bumps, some hops, and it would not pop out. I then tried to remove the plug with my fingers pulling but it took a while because it is super tight. If you have a 1.5" tapered fork buy it and you won't be disappointed. Took me about 30 seconds pulling hard to remove. It's perfect!

These tag mounts fit well into a variety of fork steerer tubes. In our household we have them in Fox 36 & 38, RockShox Lyrik, Sid and Zeb, as well as a DT Swiss 535. The are very difficult to remove without tools like a flathead screwdriver. Note - in 'lighter duty' forks like the SID, the fit is not as tight as in the enduro forks like the Zeb or Fox 38. This seems to be because the steerer tube wall thickness is not as great in the XC forks. To get a more secure fit in the SID, we added a bead of RTV silicone between the fins of the TagVault, let it dry, and then wedged the mount in. When the battery went dead a year later, we were able to pry out the TagVault with a flat head screwdriver, but could not remove it by hand.

Perfect fit in the fork hole of my Specialized Levo. I use the Samsung Galaxy Smart Tag 2 in the slot.

This product was used to insert and hide an Air Tag tracking device in my mountain bike. I formerly bought another brand, which was 3-D printed plastic. It was useless. It wouldn't stay in. Then I bought a Tag Vault, and it's PERFECT. It's rubber, not plastic, so it's flexible. The barb-like ridges on the side ensure a snug fit, and once inserted, it's almost invisible. It looks like it's part of the bike. Even if I weren't using it to hide an Air Tag, I would still use it because that hole under the fork would otherwise just collect dirt and grime. I would absolutely recommend this product. Best on the market, in my opinion!

Its great, works perfectly on our normal mountain bikes, it won't fit in a Fox 38 on an eMTB, the opening is too narrow.

Is perfect

I hid multiple tags on my bike and e-scooter. Thieves usually check the fork first and this along with an older AirTag act like decoys giving me buying me more time to trace my vehicles. Fits perfectly and stays in place even when riding on rough terrain. Easy enough to install, but doesn't fall out easily. The TagVault is made tough and looks like it will last a long time.

Fits a treat. Brilliant idea for keeping tracks of my husband’s bike in case it’s stolen. I found it hard to track him/bine when he was out. When I researched why I couldn’t track him, I discovered how air tags work-by picking up a blue tooth signal-so that’s why it wouldn’t track him as he was in a remote area obviously with no blue tooth signal nearby. Why it didn’t pick up the blue tooth signal from his own phone is beyond my tech abilities! 🤣

Queda muy bien en tubo cónico y súper ajustado, ya lo usé y no se cae a pesar de las bajadas y saltos intensos , buena calidad

Habe zwei der AirTag Halter in meinen Gabeln verbaut (1x FOX36 und 1x RochShox ZEB). Die Montage ist kinderleicht, AirTag einlegen und dann den Stopfen in die Gabel stecken. Es klappert nichts und der Stopfen sitzt auch zuverlässig fest. Kann bisher überhaupt nicht meckern. Zudem kann kein Schmutz mehr von unten in die Gabelkrone eindringen. Nicht gerade günstig aber ein gutes Versteck für den AirTag, zudem leicht.
