This is definitely not for house hold use… it heavy duty and weighs like 30+ pounds. I own a coffee stand and works perfect for me!

Bottom cooks much faster than top. Wish you could adjust the heat settings independently. Cast iron is so much better than nonstick!

Great product! Exactly what we needed!

I struggle to understand how this gets good rating....there is no on/off switch (have to unplug in-between uses), the bread sticks to the press, and the flat bottom burns the bread, it is big and heavy and does not come with any type of user's manual. I opened a food truck and bought eight commercial grade pieces of equipment and this is the only one I was really unhappy with.

The size is perfect to comfortably do 2 large sandwiches at once! Temp is evenly distributed and unit is solid in construction.

We used this press for approximately 5 months before it quit working. I immediately contacted the seller (thru Amazon). They responded immediately and offered a new replacement unit. It's nice to see a company honor a warranty!
