Brilliant!
BRILLIANT !No restaurants do Idli anywhere near us and we had a craving. Just mix this up with water (I usually omit the oil - seems to make for a fluffier Idli), o need for all that grinding and fermantation to do them properly.Then steam in an Idli steamer in a big saucepan for 15min.Makes between 16-20. Can freeze them once made, but we always polish them off!

Having purchased it, and got the idli maker as well, I am still waiting for enough free time to start making the idlis with this.

Great idli
I love idli, but find the process of making them like too much hard work. This ready-made mix is great and the idli taste lovely!

This looks like absolute joke, 18 idly it doesn't even make 5 . Description is completely false to what it says how much we can make . I will never recommend this
